BIOGRAPHY • Full Name: Jackson Oh Hang Sim ?¡§?¨²?????? • Position: Executive Engineer Jackson is currently a member of the enterprise/system architecture team responsible for designing business process flows from devices to internal and external back-end systems via messaging and web-services. He first joined the Land Transport Authority in 2006 and started off verifying vendors?? implementation of the national smart card standard Singapore Standard 518: Contactless for e-Purse Application. In early 2007, Jackson participated in the WG8 meeting in San Diego, US, and has since kept pace with the international standards ISO/IEC 7816 and 14443. He is also one of the enterprise developers for the in-house contact-less smart cards AFC system, responsible for developing database-driven web application and inter-application messaging sub-systems. Subsequently, he undertook additional responsibility as application lead in-charge of integration and deployment of the application in a multi-clustered environment and has experienced several iterative software development lifecycle based on methodologies from the Rational Unified Process (RUP). As part of the financial review team, Jackson has also participated in the analysis of the requirements, controls and reporting processes of an issuer??s backend card management system. Jackson is presently an Executive Engineer in the Land Transport Authority, Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Computing in Computer Engineering & Minor in Economics.
