The 10th Transport Revenue & Data Management Forum, organised by APSCA, will be hosted by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA) on 23-24 May 2017 with site visits on the afternoon of Day. The theme of the Forum is “Reimaging Transport Payments, Ticketing & Fare Collection”.
The Transport Revenue Management Forum is the world’s longest running conference and expo for transport ticketing and transport payments stakeholders. Contactless automated fare collection was pioneered in Asian markets and today the region is home to the world’s largest and most innovative smart integrated, multimodal transport ticketing schemes. In 2017 the forum will once again provide unique opportunities for experts to discuss today’s latest developments in transport revenue collection and the expected roadmap for next-generation electronic fare management systems.
10 Years of Transport Ticketing Insights
The Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA) hosted the first Transport Revenue Management Forum in 2006. The forum has since been held in a different Asian city every year to provide the broadest exposure to some of the world’s largest public transport markets and the most innovative transport ticketing developments. On the 10th anniversary of this important event APSCA is delighted to have the LTA once again hosting the forum and showcasing their expertise in fare management systems and their implementations of cutting-edge transport ticketing technologies.
The 9th Forum held on 6-8 October 2015 in New Delhi attracted over 145 delegates of which nearly 50% were decision-makers responsible for fare collection, card and ticket issuing, transaction clearing and issues related to revenue collection in transport (including collection of revenue from non-transport applications). These decision-makers were from Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore. Representatives from government, banks and payment schemes also attended.

The 10th Transport Revenue & Data Management Forum offers the following platforms for sharing of information, experiences and new developments:
Day 1 & 2: Industry presentations, discussions, information exchange and networking opportunities & Technology Exposition
Day 2 Afternoon: Site visits organised by the LTA to demonstrate latest fare collection projects launched.
A targeted exposition of latest solutions for transport ticketing, transport revenue management and transport information services will be held concurrently with the 10th Transport Revenue & Data Management Forum. The exposition will provide an opportunity for transport authorities, transport operators and transport ticketing scheme operators to view and learn about latest development trends in transport revenue management and automated fare collection.
