Understanding customer perspectives on powered & next-generation cards
Last week ABI Research released their report on Next-Generation Powered Payment Card Technologies which forecasts that the CAGR for Dynamic Code Verification (DCV) cards between now and 2022 will be over 400% with more than 340M DCV cards in circulation worldwide by 2022.

Embedded Security News published their independent research on The Rise of Biometric Smart Cards (a comprehensive report freely downloadable from the ESN website). Their forecast for the biometric smart card market estimates that around 400M will be shipped in 2020.

But we need to focus on customer perspectives to completely understand the market outlook
Important as they are, these reports are aimed at the card manufacturing industry. On 1 November in Singapore APSCA is organising the first opportunity to discuss the market outlook for powered and next-generation cards with stakeholders from banks, payment card issuers and payment card schemes.

Join decision-makers from financial institutions and payment card industry experts at the Powered & Next-Generation Card conference in Singapore on 1 November:

Business Opportunities
The conference is the first platform that provides a targeted platform to promote powered & next-generation card solutions to payment card issuers, card schemes and the secure payment card ecosystem.
