Please click the button below to start registering for Mobility Payments Asia Pacific to be held on 29-30 September (site visit on 1 October) 2026 in Hanoi.

Please use your company/organisation email address and select the category that best describes your organisation.

■ APSCA Asia-Pacific Members can enjoy 2 free passes per organisation to attend. After 2 free passes, a 50% discounted rate of EUR425/person will be applied.

■ APSCA India Members can enjoy 1 free pass per organisation to attend. After the free pass, a 50% discounted rate of EUR425/person will be applied.

■ Government authorities are entitled to free passes to attend Mobility Payments Asia Pacific 2026.

■ Transit authorities, transport operators, ticketing schemes and mobility providers are entitled to 2 free passes per organisation to attend. After 2 free passes, subsequent delegates will pay an 85% discounted registration fee of EUR130/person.

■ Payment card issuers, mobile wallets, and regulated financial institutions are entitled to 80% discounted registration fees of EUR170/person.

■ Representatives from sponsor and exhibiting organisations can enjoy a limited number of free passes based on the terms highlighted in your sponsor/exhibitor package agreement. After the free passes, a 50% discounted rate of EUR425/person will be applied.

■ Technology services providers, financial technology services providers, and all other organisations are invited to attend at the standard rate of EUR850/person.

You will later receive a confirmation of your registration online which you can print for your records. The same confirmation will be emailed to the email address which you input on your registration form.

Your registration will include access to the conference and exhibition plus lunch, refreshments and conference materials.
