Thanh Hoang (Henry) leads Visa Acceptance Solutions across Regional Southeast Asia, helping merchants, acquirers, financial institutions, payment facilitators, and partners modernize payment acceptance and deliver seamless, secure, and scalable commerce experiences. Henry is a payment and fintech leader with extensive experience at the intersection of technology, finance, and ecosystem partnerships. Before his current role, he led Visa Government Solutions for Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, where he worked with government agencies, banks, and ecosystem partners to advance digital payments, public-sector payment acceptance, and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Visa, Henry held several leadership roles at the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS). His earlier career also includes experience with G+D Netcetera, Standard Chartered Bank, and ACB, giving him a strong foundation across banking, payment infrastructure, business development, product management, and strategic partnerships.

Hannah Keyes is Director, Global Go-to-Market Enablement, Urban Mobility at Visa, based in London. She works with transit agencies, governments, financial institutions, and technology partners to help advance seamless, secure, and sustainable mobility solutions around the world. With experience spanning transportation, mobility innovation, and digital payments, she supports the growth of open-loop transit payments and emerging mobility use cases including EV charging, parking, and tolling. Hannah is passionate about helping cities improve how people move and access services through more connected, inclusive, and efficient transportation networks.

Viswanathan Solaiyan is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience spanning R&D, software development, and systems engineering across industries such as automotive, medical devices, and public transportation.

In the AFC domain, Viswanathan has been instrumental in driving large-scale deployments and lifecycle management of fare collection systems. With a strong focus on operational resilience and innovation, Viswanathan brings a systems-level perspective to modernizing fare collection ecosystems, aligning technology with evolving mobility trends and public service goals.

He is a regular contributor to discussions on digital transformation in transit and the role of AI, cloud, and edge technologies in next-generation AFC systems.

Ryota Nakanishi joined JR East in 2009, starting his career in station equipment maintenance. In 2011, he has been involved in system development, operations, and business planning for Suica electronic money. Currently Ryota Nakanishi is engaged in service planning and development for Suica, as well as MaaS (Mobility as a Service) initiatives, which aim to provide seamless travel across multiple modes of transportation, going beyond just railways.

Shunichi Miyano joined East Japan Railway Company (JR East) in 2018. He has been engaged in service design for the initial rollout of a ticketless system utilizing 2D barcodes, the implementation of CRM and DMP for a senior-focused membership organization, and data analysis operations related to Suica. Currently, he is responsible for Suica's global strategy. Prior to joining JR East, he spent 12 years as an application engineer at a company providing ticketing systems.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Thang is the General Director of VNPT Fintech. VNPT Fintech, the Digital Financial Services Center of VNPT Group, is a pioneer in developing the VNPT Money digital payments ecosystem. With a mission to support the Government's cashless society agenda and national digital transformation efforts, VNPT Fintech delivers modern, secure, and convenient payment solutions for citizens, businesses, and public services.

Chian-Leng Toh is Director, Business Development, Urban Mobility, Asia Pacific at Mastercard, based in Singapore. He works with governments, transit authorities, financial institutions, and technology partners to advance seamless, secure, and sustainable mobility solutions across the region. With deep experience in open-loop transit payments, cross-border mobility initiatives, and public-private partnerships, he supports cities in improving commuter experiences, operational efficiency, and accessibility. Chian-Leng looks forward to exchanging perspectives with industry leaders on how collaboration and innovation can shape the future of transportation across Asia Pacific and beyond.

André Perchthaler is Senior Director and Head of Banking, Secure ID and Smart Mobility at NXP Semiconductors. Based in Graz, Austria, he leads NXP's global business for secure identification, payment, and mobility solutions. His organization enables trusted identities, secure transactions, and connected mobility services through open-loop payment technologies, MIFARE-based mobility platforms, mobile credentials, and UWB-enabled access solutions. André works with governments, financial institutions, public transport operators, and mobility providers worldwide to deliver secure and interoperable mobility experiences.

Takanori Ikuta joined Sumitomo Mitsui Card Company in 2007. He moved into business planning and strategy roles within the merchant acquiring business in 2015 and joined the transit business division in 2020. Takanori Ikuta is currently General Manager of the Transit Business Planning Department, leading business strategy, service development, sales, and market expansion initiatives for transit payment and mobility services.

Nicholas Lee is Deputy Chief Executive Officer at SimplyGo, where he leads the Commercial and Operations Group. In his role, he spearheads the adoption of technological innovations to elevate payment solutions and related services for public transit users. His efforts are focused on enhancing user experiences and positioning the company for sustained future growth.

With more than two decades of experience in digital payments, Nicholas has played a key role in the evolution of Singapore’s cashless payments landscape. Earlier in his career at the Land Transport Authority, he was responsible for managing the island-wide implementation and development of the S$300 million front- and back-end system for the first EZ-Link card.

Following the launch of EZ-Link in 2002, Nicholas joined LTA’s newly established EZ-Link subsidiary and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Under his leadership, the company introduced several innovations that expanded the use of EZ-Link beyond public transport, including the first CEPAS-compliant EZ-Link card and the EZ-Link app. He also oversaw the development of Pay by Wallet in collaboration with Mastercard, enabling contactless and e-commerce payments at Mastercard-accepting merchants worldwide.

Beyond SimplyGo, Nicholas is Chair of SGTech, Singapore’s leading trade association for the technology industry. He also serves on the Singapore Business Federation Council and Singapore Accreditation Council and is Vice Chair of the School Advisory Committee at Horizon Primary School.

Nicholas is an advocate for community involvement and has championed initiatives with organisations including Community Chest, Dyslexia Association of Singapore and Singapore Red Cross. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tri-State University, USA.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in transport payments. He founded Littlepay in 2015, which developed the first open-loop transit payments gateway and is now a world leader globally. Michael also developed one of the first contactless stored value cards systems for transit in 1992, Mastercard’s first smart card product globally in 1995, and supported Visa's first smart card rollout in 1999. He has since been a consultant to payment schemes, financial institutions, transport operators and transit authorities globally, and has also managed a fintech investment portfolio and served on multiple boards. More recently, Michael founded tikpay, which has deployed the world’s first ‘plug-and-play’ account based ticketing and payments system for transit authorities and operators, enabling commodity devices and a cloud based system to support travellers journeys whilst optimising capability, capacity and cost.

Ayusarita Satriani (Ririe) is a corporate strategy leader at GoTo Group, specializing in ride-hailing growth, pricing, and P&L management. As Head of GoRide, she leads the end-to-end strategy for Gojek’s two-wheeled mobility business in Indonesia, covering profitability, product roadmap, and strategic partnerships. She also leads GoTransit, an integrated mobility solution connecting train ticketing with GoRide for seamless first- and last-mile journeys, particularly for everyday commuters. Previously, she led supply and pricing strategy for the group’s four-wheel transport operations across Indonesia, Singapore, and Vietnam. Ririe has more than 10 years of experience across technology, mobility, and growth, and is passionate about creating seamless journeys through the integration of ride-hailing, public transport, and digital payments.

Sujith is the co-founder of Networks for Humanity (NFH) and co-creator of Beckn, a decentralized protocol for peer-to-peer, agentic-native digital economies. He led the global Digital Energy Grid (DEG) vision in collaboration with the IEA to create an interoperable digital backbone for clean, flexible power systems.

His work spans several transformative DPI pillars:

• Marketplaces: Co-conceptualized ONDC and spearheaded networks like Namma Yatri and the Kenya One Network.
• Identity & Mobility: Was part of the Aadhaar team, designing the de-duplication infrastructure for 1.4 billion residents, and pioneered India’s National Common Mobility Card.
• India Energy DPI & Governance: A task force member of the India Energy Stack, co-architect of Unifi ed Bharat e-Charge initiative along with NBSl (a NPCI subsidiary) and Ministry of Heavy Industries, and special invitee to the Forum of Regulators, he shapes the frameworks required for a unifi ed, AI-driven energy economy.

Ha Nguyen leads Marketing and the Vietnam market for Voltality.

Launched in Singapore as the region's 1st eRoaming pilot in 2022, Voltality has grown to become the largest network in South-East Asia connecting over 15,000 charge points across 5 countries with more than 30 key partners and operators including Grab, Touch'n Go eWallet, AXS, Huawei, HERE, WHA Group, and more.

Ha's focus in Vietnam is building interoperability to support an increasingly diverse market: connecting operators with eMobility Service Providers so drivers can charge and pay through apps and wallets they already use, while Vietnam's EV infrastructure is still taking shape.

She has worked both sides of the Connected Driver Payment ecosystem: the OEM side as regional product owner for the Nissan LEAF across 17 markets, and the payments side at Visa in Hanoi, advising clients on acquisition and activation. Charging is where the two now collide.
