Why we (deliberately) missed the GDPR deadline
You’ve probably received a mountain of emails from companies notifying you of updates to privacy policies because of changes to EU data protection laws. We decided to wait for the storm to pass before sending you this brief notification.

What GDPR will mean
Although you may be based outside the EU, we think the GDPR heralds a new approach to managing customer data and engaging with customers that will be adopted worldwide. The changes below, and further changes which we will inform you about in the future, are designed to minimize collection of your personal data, ensure that you understand what we do with the information we collect and enable you to control personal information that we collect from you in the course of APSCA activities.

Changes to our privacy policy
APSCA is committed to protecting your personal data. To ensure that we’re compliant with the new European data protection law, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have updated our privacy policy. You can read the full text of our Privacy Policy here.

The key updates to our Privacy Policy include:
  • Information and transparency on the types of your personal data that we collect and process
  • Details on why we need this data and how we use the information that we collect
  • Explanation of how you can control our collection and use of your personal information

By using APSCA services you will be agreeing to our updated Privacy Policy.
