As President Director & CEO at PT MRT Jakarta, Pak Tuhiyat leads Indonesia’s first metro company in the development of integrated public transport services for South-East Asia’s largest country. Pak Tuhiyat has a background and qualifications in accounting, audit and treasury in the public and private sector and has 10 years of experience in leadership and senior management of public transit authorities and operators. He was appointed President Director & CEO of MRT Jakarta in 2022 after heading up PT Moda Integrasi Transit Jabodetabek (MITJ - integrated transportation company for the Jakarta metropolitan area) since 2020. From 2013 to 2020 Pak Tuhiyat was President of Finance and Corporate Management at MRT Jakarta.

Pak Yosamartha is the Director of the Payment System Policy Department at Bank Indonesia, the central bank of the Republic of Indonesia. He was previously the Deputy Director of the Payment System Policy Department. Bank Indonesia carries a three-fold responsibility as monetary authority and the regulatory and supervisory authority for the banking system and payment system. Pak Yosamartha is an economist who has worked with Bank Indonesia for over 20 years in departments responsible for foreign exchange, economics and monetary policy, and payment systems. In 2015, Pak Yosamartha was appointed Advisor to the Staff Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

Ezron is Head of Digital Business at MRT Jakarta, working within the Business Expansion & Innovation Division to generate non-farebox revenue. In this role he collaborates across departments, divisions, and directorates to explore and optimize digital asset utilization for generating new revenue sources. In his role at MRTJ a key objective is identifying potential business opportunities and solutions for MRTJ stakeholders, particularly within the digital ecosystem. Prior to MRTJ, Ezron developed products for telco operators in Indonesia and international markets to monetise their digital businesses.

Dr. Somprasong Suttayamully is currently the Director of Fare Media Business Department at the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA). He is a transportation planner of 25 years’ experience and specialises in strategic transport planning, model, safety, GIS systems and state-of-the-art traffic technologies. In Dr. Somprasong’s current role he is responsible for the management of all fare products of MRTA and also the Thai national common tickets. His previous role was Director of Business Development, responsible for all MRTA commercial developments. Prior to that he was in engineering roles with responsibility for conducting feasibility studies for all new transit lines, and extensions of existing lines, including sourcing new suitable technologies for mass rapid transit.

Since 2020, Rohaila has played a leading role in Malaysia's domestic debit card (MyDebit) product and ecosystem. Today she is at the forefront of designing a new transit framework for PayNet as a domestic payment provider, working on initiatives to expand the acceptance of open payment systems (OPS) within Malaysia's public transportation sector, with a particular focus on transit and expressway. She collaborates closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including transit operators, highway concessionaires, government authorities, contractors, and system integrators. She has played a pivotal role in defining project requirements and executing implementation strategies to enable MyDebit acceptance in OPS projects.

Rohaila began her career in early 2001 at Malaysian Electronic Payment System Sdn Bhd (MEPS). With over 23 years of experience in the payment system industry, she has expertise in product development, adoption, and spearheading pivotal initiatives such as the Malaysian chip card migration. In 2006, she led PayNet's Certification body to oversee the certification process for chip cards and acceptance devices.

Silvester Prakasam headed the Fare System for Public Transport for Singapore from 1989 to 2017 and subsequently became Senior Advisor. The Fare System team under Silvester has undertaken several ticketing initiatives. In 1998, he was Project Director for the Enhanced Integrated Fare System project which implemented a common smart card system across the public transport network at a total cost of US$200m and subsequently issued 10 million cards. He led a team that implemented an open system to merge payments for public transport and congestion pricing. He also led the development of the CEPAS standard for e-purse, in partnership with leading card suppliers. Silvester and his team implemented the SeP (Symphony for e-Payments) system which launched in January 2009, and a new fare structure called Distance Fares (DF) which launched in July 2010 and accounts for 5.7m daily trips. He continued to be involved in new initiatives and, specifically, Account-Based Ticketing which was launched in April 2019. He continues to actively engage with MSI Global, delivering ticketing projects overseas including Doha, Bangalore, Bangkok and Manila.

Desmond Chin joined Touch 'n Go in November 2020 as Head of Tech Design & Solutioning. He was promoted to Chief Technology Officer on 20 May 2022. He has over 17 years of experience in application, system, infrastructure, enterprise, and solution architecture design.
Prior to his role in Touch 'n Go, Desmond was Director, CIMB Group Venture & Partnership division. He was responsible for the delivery of digital product solutions. Before that, he spent 11 years in the CIMB Group Technology division, in leadership positions across multiple roles from PMO, technical architect, integration, digital solution architect to regional enterprise architect. During his tenure in CIMB, he contributed to the success of multiple vital programs and projects, such as CIMB Malaysia & CIMB Niaga (Indonesia) Core Banking migration, CIMB Vietnam Digital Core Banking implementation, CIMB x Touch 'n Go micro-lending platform solutions, and many more.
Desmond holds a egree in Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Multimedia University.

Shotaro Murata Joined East Japan Railway Company (JR East) in 2016. From 2011-2015 he worked on Interoperability project between Suica and other IC cards, from 2019-2022 he was engaged in the development of Suica's next-generation ticket gate system and from 2022 till now he is engaged in the development of Suica's next-generation digital ticket service system.

Soichi Kubota joined East Japan Railway Company (JR East) in 2007. From 2009-2017 he was engaged in the e-money project, collaborating with other industry company to enhance e-money acceptable areas in Japan. From 2022 till now he is engaged in the development of Suica’s next-generation digital ticket service system.

Tokhir Abdukadyrov is Senior Vice President for smart city solutions at O-CITY by BPC. He has worked in the payments industry for over 25 years, of which more than 15 years with BPC where he leads the digital social and infrastructure business unit. Over 130 cities have implemented O-CITY solutions as a service. Beyond technology, O-CITY goes one-step further as it also operates some city transport operations in collaboration with municipalities and transport operators ensuring the right transition to a digital smart city. Before joining O-CITY by BPC, Tokhir was leading the retail payments department at Asaka Bank. He holds a master’s degree in Electronics and master’s in Banking and Finance.

Manoj Sugathan is a distinguished leader in the payment industry with over 30 years of transformative experience. His illustrious career is marked by pioneering the widespread adoption of contactless and open loop urban mobility programs.
As the Head of Contactless and Urban Mobility Programs at Visa Inc. in Singapore, Sugathan led the successful rollout of Visa tap-to-pay initiatives across more than thirty countries in the Asia Pacific region, revolutionizing both retail and urban mobility sectors. He also played a crucial role in overseeing EMV Chip migration initiatives in several markets. Sugathan joined Visa in 2002 and retired in February 2023. Before his tenure at Visa, Sugathan was the Director of the Asia Pacific Application Development Center at VeriFone, based in Singapore, starting in 1993.

Sagita Devi holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universitas Indonesia. With a background in architectural design and urban planning, she began her career at Wiratman Architecture before joining MRT Jakarta in 2016. Currently, she serves as the Head of the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) Planning & Development Department. In this role, she leverages her expertise to promote sustainable urban growth and enhance public transportation infrastructure, aiming to improve urban mobility and connectivity in Jakarta.

Ir. Miftachul Munir, M.T., is currently serves as the Head of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. With an extensive background in civil engineering, he graduated with a Master's degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2004 and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Brawijaya University in 1987. His career in public service is marked by significant roles, including Director of Road and Bridge System and Strategy Implementation and Head of the National Road Implementation Center XIII in Makassar. Throughout his career, Ir. Miftachul Munir has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in managing and regulating toll roads. His roles have included overseeing the development and maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring the strategic planning and execution of road and bridge projects, and leading efforts to improve the transportation network in Indonesia. His contributions have been pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and safety of the country's road systems, reflecting his commitment to public service and infrastructure development.

Ryan Koo is Director of Contactless and Urban Mobility, within Visa Asia Pacific product organization, based in Singapore. He joined Visa in 2018 and responsible for product management of overall EMV chip technology, including Urban Mobility solution for Asia Pacific. He leads the Visa urban mobility solutioning and projects in the region. In the past few years, he has helped transport agencies from many countries in AP to roll out successful open loop ticketing program. Ryan has been working in the smart card industry for more than 20 years. His career has been revolving around smart card domain in different roles from software development, technical support to product management. Prior to joining Visa, he worked as an EMV consultant in Mastercard and supported the EMV project implementation. In the early stint of his career, he was actively involved in many chip card project developments and participated in technical working groups including the initial development of an international electronic passport standard (ICAO eMRTD). He worked as a product developer specializing in Java Card technology initially and later transitioned to technical support and consultant roles in eGov, Banking and Urban Mobility segment.

Isaac is the Vice President of IDEMIA’s Payment Services business for Indonesia, Thailand and South Korea – as well as the Head of Digital Solutions across Asia Pacific. With over a decade of experience in the payments industry, Isaac has spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives in Australia and Asia that have revolutionized the way people authenticate their identities and make secure transactions. His passion for innovation and customer-centric solutions has driven him to be at the forefront of the digital payments landscape, where he continues to help shape the future of secure, convenient, and inclusive financial services across the region.

Located in Graz at the NXP competence centre for Secure Identification Solutions, Andre Perchthaler drives with his Team, MIFARE Hardware and Digitalization solutions in smartcard, mobile and wearable formfactors tailored for the Smart Mobility Ecosystem. André accumulated broad experience and knowledge in different roles in the high tech industry and demonstrated a record of success by building successful teams, increasing business revenue and driving digitization of the MIFARE Ecosystem. Since 2015 he is NXP’s expert for developing digital solutions, working closely with global stakeholders in order to create Smart City concepts.

Mitsushige Suzuki joined IC card division of Sony Corporation as network system designer in 2001. He has more than 30 years experiences such as hardware engineer, software engineer, system engineer and business developer in contactless IC card field. He is now responsible for business development all over the world.

Mr. Cho is Global Business Development Manager at Tmoney. Tmoney is Seoul based integrated ticketing platform operator handling more than 40 million transactions from public transport, taxi, express bus and micro-mobility services every day. His current role is to promote global sales of AFC based solutions especially Tagless, Tmoney’s latest BIBO solution which won Ticketing Technology of the Year Award at Transport Ticketing Global 2024, and Technological Innovations Award at UITP 2023. He joined Tmoney in 2016, since then he had worked as AFC solution designer, MaaS service designer, and Data Scientist before the current role as Global sales manager. He has extensive knowledge in Seoul’s public transport system, MaaS (Mobility as a Service), and big data analysis.
